Some of us might eat, sleep, and breathe exhibitions, travelling to various destinations, from show to show. As a freight forwarder, understanding the complete exhibitor journey is key to the customers experience and satisfaction.

So, what is a customers’ exhibition journey? Customer journeys occur before, during, and after their event experience. Journeys can often be long, stretching across multiple channels and places, and often lasting days or weeks. However, in our industry, the journey begins long before the exhibition.

When preparing for an event, or series of events, transportation, customs clearance, lifting services, on-site storage or onward forwarding of your cargo, needs to be planned well in advance to meet exhibition build up schedules and your own delivery requirements.
