Please advise us well in advance of any hazardous cargo you intend to send to an event. We will need to provide the haulier, airline and shipping agent with relevant documentation to confirm whether your consignment can be accepted.
Yes, once we have received full details of your consignment we will take care of your customs and shipping documentation.

This varies from country to country however our team will provide you with an estimated time-frame and keep you updated with the shipping status, contacting you once your consignment is back in the UK pending re-delivery.
